Good food, delivery could improve
I got the custom meal plan with the beef menu for my active Labrador. The food quality seems really high, and he definitely enjoys it more than his old kibble. He's got more energy, too. The tailoring process was easy enough online. My main issue was with the delivery timing. It took 5 days to reach Denver, and one of the cooler packs was mostly thawed when it arrived, though the food was still cold. Not a huge deal, but I prefer it solidly frozen. Also, the portion sizes are a little tricky to manage with a very hungry dog, maybe a clearer guide for adjusting based on activity fluctuations would be nice. Still, I'm happy with the food itself.
